CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US: Customer is responsible for any import VAT, taxes, and fees.

Thanks for supporting independent artists! Please keep in mind I'm not a large business - I'm just one person making and shipping everything. These are my shop policies:

Shipping: All items ship from Gallatin, Tennessee. Items ship within 7-10 business days. All items are sent via USPS. When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Purchases shipped within the US over $50 are insured.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders lost by the carrier, for orders lost due to customers entering incorrect information, or for stolen, damaged, returned, or unclaimed packages. 

I am not able to provide a guaranteed delivery date for any orders. If you need an order by a specific date, please get in touch PRIOR to placing an order to pay for expedited shipping.

Packaging: Prints are placed in a clear cello sleeve and are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes. This is to avoid any damage, as prints shipped flat can be bent, but a print in a tube is much sturdier. Occasionally tubes are not scanned until they reach their destination because of their shape, but rest assured, your order will be delivered. All other items are shipped in padded envelopes or boxes. Please try to recycle and reuse any shipping material if possible.

International orders: I ship via USPS First Class Package International. This means you will receive a tracking number that confirms the package is shipped, but only some countries will receive delivery confirmation and tracking within their country. Please keep in mind your package shipping will likely not update outside the US unless you are in one of the countries listed here: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Electronic-USPS-Delivery-Confirmation-International
By placing an order, you are accepting that you may not receive delivery confirmation, that I am not responsible for orders lost by the carrier, for orders lost due to customers entering incorrect information, or for stolen, damaged, returned, or unclaimed packages. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include delivery confirmation and insurance, you will need to get in touch with me PRIOR to placing an order and pay the appropriate fee for the upgrade.
Unfortunately, shipping is expensive outside the US, and sometimes it will cost more than the item itself. Due to customs, I am not able to provide an estimated shipping time. Shipping can take several weeks and in rare occurances, several months. I am not responsible for any customs fees or duties owed. Customer is responsible for any import VAT, taxes, and fees. Please be prepared to pay extra fees and/or pick up your package at a post office or customs location if required. Customs requires a full name and phone number for all international orders. I am unable to ship international orders without a correct, full first and last name. Orders with incorrect or incomplete names may be delayed, and orders without phone numbers listed will need to contact customs on their own to pay for import fees. I am currently only shipping to the US and a limited number of other countries due to COVID, which has increased shipping delays significantly. I cannot currently ship to the UK, Australia, or New Zealand.
